MAIL ORDERS
When ordering by mail, print and mail or fax the complete online form. Include a check for the total amount of the items ordered plus the appropriate shipping charges. If you wish to use a charge card please circle the card used and fill in the complete number in the space provided and include the expiration date.
PHONE ORDERS
We will gladly process your order by phone by two methods: Credit cards or C.O. D. For a credit card purchase you will be asked for the card number and expiration date. Your order will be processed and all instock merchandise will be shipped within 24 hours. We normally do not include a copy of the charge transaction with the order since many times the package has gone before the charge is completed. If you want a copy of the charge transaction included with your order you must make this request when placing the order. This may delay your order by a day.
C.O.D. ORDERS:All C.O.D. orders must be paid in cash upon delivery. Most of our orders are shipped by U.P.S., therefore, there must be a person at the address on the package during the day to pay the deliveryman for the merchandise. Otherwise the package will be returned to us and we will not honor any future C.O.D. orders from that customer. All C.O.D. orders are charged a $4.50 handling fee by UPS in addition to shipping charges.

Our toll free number, 800-845-8591, is to be used for orders only. All other inquiries are to be made on our main number 717-567-9212.
DELIVERY
Since most of our orders are delivered by UPS we must have a street address for delivery If you have a post office box we would ask that you include it for future mailings.

Normal delivery times are as follows
2 days PA, NJ, MD, WA D.C., DE
3 days OH, VA, WV, NY, CT, MA, NH, VT, ME, RI
4 days IN, IL, MI, WI, MO, KY, NC, SC, GA, FL, AL, MS, LA, AR, IA, MN, TN
5 days TX, OK, KS, NB, SD, ND, CO, NM
6 days AZ, NV, UT, WY, MT, ID, WA, OR, CA
Delivery time does not include weekends or holidays. Please do not call to check on an order until the time
listed has elapsed plus an additional two days.
Persons in Hawaii and Alaska must include $12.00 for second day air service.
We can ship second day air to any place in the continental U.S. for a minimum of $9.00 for a two pound
package which includes most items In the catalog.
Next day air service is also available for $20.00 for a two pound package to any point in the continental
U.S. and Hawaii.
All shipping rates are based on delivery in the U.S. only. Foreign orders must include additional postage.
EXCHANGE POLICY
We will gladly exchange merchandise if we are in error. If not, kindly enclose the proper postage on all
exchanges. There are no refunds on postage. Faulty items will be repaired or replaced. All exchanges
must be returned within 10 days.
PRICING
All prices are effective September 1, 2003. There will be no price change without notice until September 1, 2004.
RETURNED CHECKS
There will be a $15.00 service charge on all returned checks.
